Download file faster [Free Download Manager]

Yesterday I put Windows 7 on my laptop. The first application I installed afterwards was Firefox, so that i didn’t have to use Internet Explorer to download all of my geeky softwares. The second one to be installed was Free Download Manager, so that I could download them at a reasonable speed.

Really it is something you have to try, if you are not using any download manager yet.

Why? It really boosts up your performance:

Free Download Manager splits files into several sections and downloads them simultaneously, allowing you to use any type of connection at the maximum available speed. With FDM download speed increases, or even more!

Furthermore you can resume downloads, adjust traffic usage, partial download zip files, use it on a usb stick, control remotely, download flash videos, download whole web pages or just parts, upload and share files, use bittorrent support (a bit slower than other bittorrent clients), preview audio/video files before download is completed and all of this for free!
I have previously tried different and more popular download managers, but this is the one I prefer.. Simple, efficient and not invasive.
Give it a try!
